Jonathan Stahler, Esq. is a Florida licensed attorney in both state & federal courts based in Miami, FL, & is the co-founder & managing attorney of Jon & John Law PLLC.  A former NBPA Certified Agent, he brings extensive knowledge & passion in sports, entertainment, & the law.

Jonathan has worked for SAG-AFTRA representing actors, top sports agencies representing NFL & NBA players and other professional athletes, and the California Innocence Project representing the wrongfully convicted on death row.  All such experiences have helped sharpen his communication and advocacy skills and adaptability to working with & for anyone.  Since starting his representation career at age 21, he continues to protect athletes, entertainers, their families, & their businesses, both now & for their futures. 

Jonathan was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA, & is a graduate of Syracuse University '11 & the David B. Falk Center for Sport Management in Syracuse, NY where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with honors.  He received his Juris Doctor & Certificate for Sports Law and Policy from Thomas Jefferson School of Law '14 in San Diego, CA.  Jonathan is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, & a board member of the Syracuse University Emerging Leaders Council. 

Stefan John, Esq. is the co-founder and partner at Jon & John Law PLLC. His focus is primarily on the firm’s business and trademark related matters, for many of its corporate clients, while also handling the firm’s civil litigation matters, involving a variety of business disputes, including non-compete violations and breach of contracts.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Stefan has gained extensive experience prior to launching Jon & John Law with various world-renowned sporting corporations, including IMG Academy and The IRONMAN GROUP, in addition to his time as an associate with a boutique sports & entertainment law firm in Miami, Florida.

While at the University of Miami School of Law, Stefan was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Currently, Stefan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami, undergraduate campus, where he teaches a course focusing on the Legal Aspects in Sport.

Stefan was born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, & is a graduate of St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY, where he played collegiate soccer and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management.

Stefan is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Florida, District of Columbia, and in the Federal Courts of the Western District of Texas, Southern District of Florida, and Middle District of Florida.
